01The challenge
What we were asked to solve.
A hardware team had a working sensor and no software. Districts wanted a dashboard parents could trust, IT could deploy, and procurement could sign.
02The solution
What we shipped.
We designed a fleet console with role-based access for IT/admin/parents, an MQTT pipeline tuned for cell-only sites, and an OTA system that survives a winter break with no engineer on call.
