Work from real scope
We only publish collaborator needs when there is a concrete product surface, constraint, or MVP thread to move forward.
Resonance is a small Vietnam-based software studio building useful tools, early products, and MVPs. We are looking for thoughtful collaborators who can work repeatedly with a small team and make quality visible.
The bar is not about tool name-dropping. It is about clear work, good taste, and responsible use of AI in real product delivery.
We only publish collaborator needs when there is a concrete product surface, constraint, or MVP thread to move forward.
AI tools are part of the daily workflow. We care about judgment, context design, review quality, and knowing when manual work is better.
Good collaborators leave clear specs, decisions, tradeoffs, and handoff notes so a small team can keep moving without guesswork.
We prefer scoped, reviewable progress over vague effort. Design, code, and communication should make quality easy to inspect.
Candidates should be able to show how they brief AI, constrain output, review quality, and decide when manual craft is the better path.
You can write the task, constraints, references, and acceptance criteria before generating options.
You can spot weak output, hallucinated assumptions, visual drift, and code that needs tests.
You understand basic AI ethics, bias, fairness, and accountability in product work.
We do not ask for unpaid sample tasks. We look for existing evidence, a real AI workflow example, and clear communication.
Send the role you are interested in, your portfolio or GitHub, and two or three lines about relevant work.
Include the AI tools you use and one concrete workflow example from real product work.
We review the work sample, communication quality, and fit for early MVP collaboration.
If there is a match, we schedule a short call before any project scope is agreed.
