What we were asked to solve.
A loose community of field researchers shared notes through email threads and Google Docs. Synthesis took weeks, citations got lost, and offline capture in low-connectivity environments was unreliable.
02The solution
What we shipped.
We rebuilt their workflow as a local-first PWA with conflict-free sync, semantic clustering across an entire fieldwork corpus, and a citation graph that holds up to academic review. The team shipped in 14 weeks.
