What we were asked to solve.
Operations relied on a wall of carrier emails and a brittle spreadsheet to predict shipment exceptions. By the time a problem surfaced, the claim was already filed.

What we shipped.
We unified eleven carrier feeds into a single timeline, scored exceptions in real time, and gave dispatchers a one-screen morning standup. The same view drives weekly partner reviews.
